'Age of Conan: Rise of the Godslayer'

CompuExpert signs exclusive distribution agreement to distribute retail package containing both the expansion
and the original award-winning massively multiplayer online game

Lake Forest, CA - April 16, 2010 - CompuExpert, a principal distributor of PC and console video games, and Funcom, a leading global developer and publisher of massively multiplayer online games, announced the upcoming release of a combined retail package containing both 'Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures' and the expansion 'Age of Conan: Rise of the Godslayer'. The agreement covers all North American territories.

'Rise of the Godslayer', the first expansion to the critically acclaimed, best-selling 'Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures'. Set in the Far East empire of Khitai, players are introduced to  several new world regions filled with new dungeons, quests, and rewards. 'Rise of the Godslayer' will also introduce new gameplay features, such as an alternate advancement system and new mounts that are an integral part of the storyline. Players can also advance through the storyline by joining different factions in the game, each offering up different and unique rewards. With its new content and features, this complete set will capture the interest of experienced adventurers and newcomers to the world of Conan a like.
 
In addition to the expansion pack, the retail box also includes the award-winning full version of 'Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures', complete with the numerous updates that have been added to the game since launch, such as new gameplay features, entirely new lands to explore and more. Thanks to these updates, online gaming website MMORPG.com awarded 'Age of Conan' with the 'Most Improved MMO of 2009' award earlier this year. Also included is the tamed puma, an exclusive in-game pet that is not available through any other channels. Retail customers will also receive an exclusive starter package containing several in-game items that will help them on their adventures through Hyboria.
